👥Biography 个人简介

Prof. Marco Colonna at Washington University is a leading innate immunologist who has characterized TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) biology on NK cells and T cells. His laboratory has dissected the TIGIT-CD226-CD96 axis and how TIGIT engagement suppresses NK cell cytotoxicity and T cell effector function in tumors. His foundational work has informed the clinical development of anti-TIGIT antibodies for cancer immunotherapy.
