Marcela V. Maus

Marcela Maus is a leader in developing CAR-T cell therapies for solid tumors, with particular focus on glioblastoma and other brain tumors. Her laboratory has pioneered local delivery of CAR-T cells to the central nervous system and developed novel CAR designs to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Maus is advancing multiple CAR-T clinical trials at MGH.
