Marc Chevreau is a French oncologist specializing in rare skin and soft tissue malignancies, including dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP), an intermediate-grade skin sarcoma driven by COL1A1-PDGFB fusion that responds to imatinib. He has conducted prospective neoadjuvant imatinib studies in locally advanced DFSP and contributed to European guidelines on DFSP management. He also participates in MCC clinical research within the French Sarcoma Group and rare skin cancer registries.
