Robbie Majzner

Robbie Majzner has pioneered the development of CAR-T cell therapies targeting GD2 and B7-H3 antigens in pediatric solid tumors including diffuse midline gliomas, demonstrating unprecedented responses in previously untreatable pediatric brain cancers. His innovative engineering approaches to enhance CAR-T persistence and tumor infiltration have opened new therapeutic avenues for children with refractory solid tumors. He leads multiple first-in-human clinical trials of novel CAR-T constructs in pediatric oncology.
