👥Biography 个人简介

Crystal Mackall is a leader in CAR-T cell therapy for pediatric solid tumors who has integrated synthetic biology safety features including kill switches and regulatable expression systems into engineered cell products. Her GD2-targeting CAR-T cells with built-in safety circuits have advanced to clinical trials for neuroblastoma and other solid tumors. She has pioneered engineering approaches to overcome T cell exhaustion in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.
