Crystal Mackall directs the Stanford Center for Cancer Cell Therapy and leads pediatric CAR-T and immunotherapy development for rare pediatric solid tumors including DIPG, Ewing sarcoma, and osteosarcoma. She pioneered GD2-directed CAR-T for DIPG. Her work has opened new therapeutic avenues for previously untreatable pediatric cancers.
