Lynda Chin at UT System and formerly at MD Anderson and Dana-Farber has contributed to cancer genomics leadership, including in the TCGA consortium. Her scientific contributions to melanoma genomics — including characterization of BRAF mutation prevalence, RAS pathway alterations, and immune gene signatures — have contributed to understanding the genomic landscape of melanoma and informing targeted and immunotherapy strategies.
