Jason Luke has conducted pivotal clinical trials of intratumoral STING agonists and other innate immune activators for melanoma and solid tumors. His research on combining intratumoral innate immune stimulation with systemic checkpoint blockade has informed rational combination strategies. He has advanced biomarker-driven approaches to identifying patients most likely to benefit from intratumoral immunotherapy.
