Frederick Locke is a leading CAR-T cell therapy investigator who has been central to the ZUMA program evaluating axicabtagene ciloleucel for DLBCL. His work advancing axi-cel to second-line treatment in the ZUMA-7 trial has changed the treatment paradigm for relapsed DLBCL. He has contributed extensively to understanding and managing CAR-T-associated neurotoxicity.
