Chih-Ping Liu has developed STAT3 inhibitor oligonucleotide strategies including TLR9 agonist conjugates that deliver STAT3 silencing payloads to myeloid cells in tumors. Her translational work supports ongoing clinical testing of these approaches. She collaborates closely with Hua Yu at City of Hope.
