Linda Liau led the development and clinical investigation of DCVax-L, a dendritic cell-based vaccine for GBM, and was principal investigator on the landmark phase III trial reporting extended overall survival benefit in MGMT-methylated patients. Her research spans tumor immunology, surgical management, and biomarker identification for GBM immunotherapy response. She has contributed to understanding the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment in GBM.
