Linda Bhatt

Linda Bhatt studies YAP/TAZ functions in breast cancer, with a focus on triple-negative breast cancer where Hippo pathway alterations are common. Her research has characterized YAP/TAZ as drivers of breast cancer stem cell properties, invasion, and metastasis. She has identified the molecular mechanisms by which YAP cooperates with basal transcription factors in TNBC. Her work has established YAP/TAZ as therapeutic targets in TNBC and provided insights into how to disrupt their oncogenic functions.
