Daniel Liebler

Daniel Liebler has contributed critical technology development for cancer proteogenomics including isobaric labeling strategies that enable multiplexed quantitative proteomics across large clinical cohorts. His colorectal cancer proteogenomic analyses within CPTAC identified proteomic subtypes with distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities and immune microenvironment features. His work on proteoform analysis has revealed how protein processing and modification create cancer-specific molecular species amenable to therapeutic targeting.
