👥Biography 个人简介

Li Ding has led groundbreaking cancer genome sequencing studies that defined the mutational landscape and clonal architecture of acute myeloid leukemia, breast cancer, and other malignancies. Her laboratory performed one of the first complete cancer genome sequences, revealing the founding clone and subclonal mutations in AML. She developed computational methods for tracking clonal evolution during treatment and relapse, demonstrating how tumor populations evolve under therapeutic pressure. Her cancer genome analysis has been essential for understanding the temporal dynamics of cancer evolution and informing therapeutic strategies.
