Leora Horn is a thoracic oncologist who has been at the forefront of immunotherapy development for both NSCLC and SCLC. She was among the early investigators of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in lung cancer and has contributed to multiple SCLC immunotherapy trials. Her research includes translational biomarker studies to identify predictors of immunotherapy response in SCLC. She serves as a thought leader and has contributed to NCCN and ESMO clinical practice guidelines for lung cancer.
