Kyle Bhatt
PhD
Associate Professor of Genomic Medicine
👥Biography 个人简介
Kyle Bhatt investigates the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex as one of the most frequently mutated epigenetic regulators in cancer. His research characterized synthetic lethal interactions between ARID1A loss and EZH2 dependency, providing a therapeutic strategy for ARID1A-mutant cancers. He has also studied SMARCA4 and SMARCB1 mutations in thoracic malignancies and rhabdoid tumors. His work on epigenetic synthetic lethality is informing clinical trials combining SWI/SNF mutation-based patient selection with EZH2 inhibitors.
