Sebastian Kreiter has been instrumental in the design and optimization of BioNTech's mRNA cancer vaccine constructs, engineering poly-neoantigen mRNA cassettes that encode multiple patient-specific neoantigens within a single mRNA molecule for efficient delivery and immune stimulation.
