Scott Kopetz is a leader in molecularly targeted therapy for colorectal cancer. He led the BEACON CRC trial establishing encorafenib plus cetuximab as the standard for BRAF V600E metastatic CRC. His laboratory studies mechanisms of resistance and develops liquid biopsy approaches for treatment adaptation.
