Manolis Kogevinas is a prominent occupational cancer epidemiologist at ISGlobal whose research has advanced understanding of shift work, circadian disruption, and cancer risk. His large European cohort studies on night shift work and breast cancer contributed to IARC classifying night shift work as probably carcinogenic. His extensive research on bladder cancer in occupational settings and chemical exposure assessment in workers has informed European occupational health directives.
