Eric Klein

Eric Klein led the landmark PATHFINDER study evaluating the Galleri multi-cancer early detection test in a prospective clinical setting, demonstrating that a single blood test could detect over 50 cancer types with high specificity in asymptomatic individuals. His work established the clinical workflow for MCED test-positive patients, showing that cancer signal origin prediction accurately guided diagnostic workup.
