Kevin Harrington at the Royal Marsden and Institute of Cancer Research is a leading translational scientist and clinician in HNSCC with expertise in combining radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and novel biologics. He has led major trials of immunotherapy combined with chemoradiation in locally advanced HNSCC including studies of avelumab, durvalumab, and oncolytic viruses. His laboratory investigates radiobiology and immune activation in head and neck tumors. He has been a key opinion leader in UK and global HNSCC treatment guidelines.
