Dr. Jordi Rodon is a precision oncology leader who has conducted pivotal early-phase basket trials at MD Anderson and previously in Barcelona. He was a principal investigator of the DRUP trial (Drug Rediscovery Protocol) in the Netherlands, which systematically evaluated off-label targeted therapy guided by molecular profiling. His work on ESMO ESCAT actionability tiers and variant of uncertain significance interpretation has helped standardize molecular tumor board practice.
