👥Biography 个人简介

Joan Brugge at Harvard has made major contributions to understanding ErbB/HER2 family receptor signaling in cancer and to developing 3D organotypic culture models that better recapitulate the tumor microenvironment than monolayer cultures. Her work on how HER2 drives cancer cell survival and proliferation, and her development of 3D mammary culture models revealing oncogene-specific phenotypes, have been widely influential.
