Jia Ruan investigates minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment as a response-adapted treatment strategy in mantle cell lymphoma. Her research demonstrated that MRD-guided maintenance decisions after frontline therapy could optimize patient outcomes and reduce treatment toxicity. She has also contributed to studies of BTK inhibitor-based frontline regimens in MCL.
