👥Biography 个人简介

Jessica Zucman-Rossi has made seminal contributions to the genomic and molecular classification of hepatocellular carcinoma, identifying the WNT/beta-catenin pathway activation subtype as a potential immunotherapy exclusion marker. Her molecular HCC subclassification work informs adjuvant therapy patient selection by identifying genomic subtypes with differential responses to immunotherapy and targeted agents. She leads translational HCC research programs investigating the genomic basis of HCC oncogenesis and treatment resistance. Zucman-Rossi is one of the most influential HCC translational researchers in Europe.
