Jennifer Wargo studies how extracellular vesicles from tumors inform immunotherapy response and resistance. Her translational research integrates exosome biomarkers with genomic and microbiome data to predict treatment outcomes. She has identified exosomal signatures that associate with response to checkpoint inhibitors in melanoma and other solid tumors. Her multidisciplinary work bridges EV biology with clinical immunotherapy and surgical oncology.
