👥Biography 个人简介

Jennifer Bhatt investigates combinations of targeted agents with radiation to enhance tumor radiosensitization through DNA damage response pathways. Her research has characterized how PARP inhibitors, ATR inhibitors, and DNA-PK inhibitors can potentiate radiation damage in cancer cells while sparing normal tissues. She has conducted first-in-human trials of DNA damage response inhibitor-radiation combinations in head and neck and brain cancers. Her work is advancing a new generation of molecularly targeted radiosensitizers into clinical development.
