Jennifer Bhatt studies regulatory B cells and their immunosuppressive functions in cancer. Her research has characterized IL-10-producing Breg subsets that promote tumor immune evasion by suppressing T cell and NK cell responses. She has identified tumor-derived signals that drive Breg differentiation and expansion in cancer patients. Her work has revealed that targeting regulatory B cells can enhance cancer immunotherapy efficacy, providing new combination strategies.
