Jeffrey S. Miller

Jeffrey Miller is the world's foremost clinical investigator in NK cell therapy for cancer and has spent three decades translating NK cell biology into clinical treatments. He pioneered adoptive transfer of haploidentical NK cells in leukemia patients and demonstrated that in vivo NK cell expansion and persistence could be achieved through IL-2 and cytokine support strategies. His laboratory developed cytokine-induced memory-like NK cells with enhanced anti-tumor activity. He leads multiple clinical trials of NK cell therapies and has trained a generation of NK cell researchers internationally.
