Dr. Jeffrey Meyerhardt is a leading cancer survivorship researcher who has conducted landmark studies on how diet, physical activity, and body weight influence colorectal cancer outcomes. His research demonstrated that Western dietary patterns and physical inactivity significantly worsen colorectal cancer prognosis, while exercise and healthy diet improve survival.
