Jeanne Tie

Jeanne Tie led the DYNAMIC trial, the first randomized trial demonstrating that ctDNA-guided adjuvant therapy decision-making in stage II colon cancer is non-inferior to standard management while reducing chemotherapy exposure. Her work has pioneered the clinical implementation of ctDNA-based minimal residual disease detection to guide adjuvant therapy in colorectal cancer. She continues to lead DYNAMIC III and other trials extending ctDNA-guided approaches to stage III and stage IV CRC. Tie's research represents a paradigm shift toward biomarker-driven adjuvant therapy de-escalation and intensification in colorectal cancer.
