Janusz Jankowski led the AspECT trial, the largest chemoprevention study in Barrett's esophagus, demonstrating benefits of high-dose PPI and aspirin. His research has defined pharmacologic prevention strategies for esophageal adenocarcinoma. He is a leading authority on Barrett's esophagus chemoprevention across Europe.
