Yelena Janjigian is chief of GI oncology at MSK and led CheckMate-649 that established first-line nivolumab plus chemotherapy in advanced gastric and GEJ cancer. She also leads MSK perioperative gastric IO trials. Her translational work integrates HER2 status with immunotherapy strategies.
