Yelena Janjigian has pioneered immunotherapy and HER2-targeted combination strategies for gastric and esophagogastric junction cancers. Her CheckMate 649 and other landmark trials established new standards of care for advanced gastric cancer. She is a leading investigator in Claudin 18.2 and novel antibody-drug conjugate approaches.
