Dr. Yelena Janjigian heads the gastrointestinal oncology service at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She was the global lead investigator of the CheckMate 649 trial that established nivolumab plus chemotherapy as a first line standard in advanced gastric cancer. She has advanced biomarker driven approaches including combined positive score stratification. Her laboratory and clinical program integrate genomics with immunotherapy development.
