Dr. James Gulley is a prominent immunotherapy researcher at the NCI whose laboratory has investigated PSMA-targeting bispecific T-cell engagers including pasotuxizumab in prostate cancer. He has contributed to understanding immune resistance mechanisms in prostate cancer and rational combination strategies to enhance BiTE activity in the immunosuppressive prostate tumor microenvironment. His group has published landmark work on cancer vaccines and T-cell based therapies.
