Dr. Intae Kim is a cellular immunotherapy scientist at the NCI's Surgery Branch who has contributed to methods for identifying and selecting tumor-reactive and neoantigen-specific TIL from bulk cultures. His work has advanced high-throughput screening approaches to enrich for mutation-reactive T cells, enabling more potent and targeted TIL products. These technologies are informing next-generation TIL manufacturing platforms.
