Hyman Muss

Dr. Hyman Muss is a pioneer in geriatric oncology with a focus on breast cancer in older women. He co-developed the CRASH toxicity score for predicting chemotherapy side effects and has led multiple CALGB/Alliance trials specifically including older breast cancer patients who are often excluded from standard trials. His advocacy for age-appropriate clinical trial representation has helped generate evidence for evidence-based treatment decisions in older breast cancer patients.
