Melissa Hudson directs the Cancer Survivorship Division at St. Jude, where she established one of the first comprehensive After Completion of Therapy clinics for childhood cancer survivors. Her research on endocrine late effects, growth hormone deficiency, and thyroid dysfunction in survivors has shaped screening recommendations. Her development of risk-stratified survivorship care delivery models has been adopted by pediatric cancer centers worldwide as the standard approach to long-term follow-up.
