Robert Huddart led the TE seminoma trials demonstrating that single agent carboplatin and reduced radiotherapy fields are effective for stage I seminoma. His work has reduced treatment toxicity while maintaining very high cure rates. He is a senior figure in UK testicular cancer trials and late effects research.
