Leora Horn is a leading lung cancer clinician-scientist who contributed to the KEYNOTE-024 trial establishing pembrolizumab monotherapy as the standard of care for treatment-naive NSCLC patients with PD-L1 expression of 50% or higher. Her research spans first-line immunotherapy strategies, predictive biomarkers for PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, and novel immunotherapy combinations in thoracic malignancies. She has been central to transforming the treatment landscape for advanced NSCLC through large-scale clinical trial leadership.
