👥Biography 个人简介
Hong Wu at UCLA has made major contributions to understanding PTEN as a tumor suppressor, generating foundational mouse models of PTEN loss and demonstrating how PTEN haploinsufficiency versus complete loss produces different cancer phenotypes. Her work on the mechanisms and consequences of PTEN loss in prostate cancer and other tumors, and on the importance of PTEN dosage effects, has been influential in cancer biology.
