Khe Hoang-Xuan leads the French LOC network for primary CNS lymphoma and has run pivotal European trials including those evaluating lenalidomide and methotrexate regimens in elderly PCNSL. He has advanced treatment for older adults who cannot receive transplant consolidation. His work shapes European PCNSL guidelines.
