Sunil Hingorani co-developed the KPC mouse model of pancreatic cancer, one of the most widely used preclinical models in oncology. His discovery of hyaluronan as a therapeutic target led to clinical trials of PEGPH20 in pancreatic cancer. He continues to drive innovative approaches for early detection and treatment of KRAS-driven pancreatic malignancies.
