Himisha Beltran at Dana-Farber is an international authority on treatment-emergent neuroendocrine prostate cancer — an increasingly recognized resistance mechanism to AR-pathway inhibition. She characterized the clinical, molecular, and genomic features of this aggressive disease variant and is developing therapeutic strategies including EZH2 inhibitors and aurora kinase inhibitors to address this unmet need.
