Dr. Hidetoshi Hayashi is a Japanese thoracic oncologist specializing in molecular testing and targeted therapy for NSCLC. He has contributed significantly to validating MET FISH and IHC testing methods for identifying MET-amplified and MET-overexpressing tumors eligible for MET inhibitor therapy. His research encompasses Japanese cohort studies of METex14 skipping and MET amplification prevalence and outcomes.
