Dr. Helena Yu is a thoracic oncologist at MSKCC specializing in CNS management of EGFR and ALK-positive lung cancer. She has contributed to clinical research on osimertinib CNS efficacy and led trials evaluating lorlatinib's activity in ALK-positive NSCLC with brain metastases. Her work has helped define the sequencing of CNS-penetrant TKIs to delay or avoid radiation in EGFR/ALK-driven brain disease.
