👥Biography 个人简介

Helen Bhatt investigates the role of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and type I interferon signaling in cancer immunity. Her research focuses on how pDCs are recruited to tumors and how they paradoxically can both activate anti-tumor responses and contribute to immune suppression. She has characterized pDC dysfunction in the tumor microenvironment and identified strategies to harness these cells for immunotherapy. Her work spans from basic mechanisms of TLR signaling to clinical correlates in cancer patients.
