Heather Jacene at Dana-Farber has contributed to PET imaging for lymphoma staging and response assessment. Her work on PET-adapted therapy approaches — using interim PET scan results to guide treatment intensification or de-escalation — has contributed to clinical validation of response-adapted lymphoma treatment paradigms now used in Hodgkin and diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
