Nir Hacohen
PhD
Professor of Medicine
👥Biography 个人简介
Nir Hacohen has made foundational contributions to the computational prediction of neoantigens for cancer vaccine development through his work at the Broad Institute and Massachusetts General Hospital. His algorithms for predicting which tumor mutations generate immunogenic neoantigens, incorporating MHC binding prediction, peptide processing, and T cell recognition, are widely used in personalized cancer vaccine design. He has advanced proteogenomic approaches to directly identify presented tumor antigens, improving the accuracy of neoantigen vaccine target selection.
